Money for the field trip to the Museum of Flight is due Tuesday, May 8.  The permission form is due Thursday, May 17.  Any student who does not have both the money and the form turned in on time will not go on the field trip.

Based on 180 days per school year, fifth grade students will have their 1000th day of school Monday, February 26 (the same day kindergarteners have their 100th day of school).  Ask about the special activities to celebrate this special day.

Students will have school on Friday, March 2 and Friday, May 25 (these were previously teacher's days).  The last day of school has been extended to Monday, June 25.  Please see www.lwsd.org for more information.

Books for the auction basket are due tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 2.

Concrete poems are due at the end of Language Arts class period on Wednesday, February 7.
