I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about myself. I was born and raised in south California.  I attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where I received my B.A. in Sociology. Following this I went to Humboldt State University where I earned my Elementary Education Credential. Afterwards I moved to San Jose, California to begin my teaching career.  Following this I moved here where I completed my Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction.

As you can tell from my many pictures, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Brody.  He is a very rambunctious three year old black lab.  So I spend a lot of my free time taking him for walks or playing fetch.  Some of my other hobbies include going hiking, baking, and surfing the internet.
