Jennifer Hoffman - Fourth/Fifth Grade Teacher

Jennifer Hoffman is a product of the Lake Washington School District and Washington State University. She married her high school "crush", Damian, in July of 2004. And they are "expecting" the first addition to their family--a black lab, collie mix puppy in February. Mrs. Hoffman's parents live in Idaho, with their yellow lab, Sam (she's cute, but not too bright!) and her brother lives in Ellensburg.

Mrs. Hoffman has taught at Benjamin Franklin Elementary in the Quest program for five years. During that time she has taught 5th grade for three years, 3rd grade for one year, and a 3/4 split for one year.

Mrs. Hoffman says, "I love listening to music and playing the piano, walking in my neighborhood, dining out, watching the Seahawks, going to musicals, reading, and spending time with friends and family." She also believes that we must find options for the students who don’t “fit the mold” to express themselves in unique ways.
