Sue Myers - Rosa Parks Elementary Teacher-Librarian

Sue Myers is our wonderful librarian at Rosa Parks! Both Mrs. and Mr. Myers are native Washingtonians. Mr. Myers works for himself in home remodeling. They have three grown children. "Two of them are married and live in other states so we don't see them often enough. But we are very excited about our new grandson." says Mrs. Myers, "Happily one son lives in Monroe. Our wheaten terrier, Murphy, is now an only child."

When asked what she does outside of school, Mrs. Myers happily replies, "Of course I love to read! And I also enjoy card making, growing flowers, and visiting with our large extended family." And don't forget traveling, "Someday I would like to say I have been in all 50 states, but I have several more to go!"

Mrs. Myers is a Coug, she graduated in Education from Washington State University. She also has her Master's in Library science from the University of Washington.
