Bethany Obieglo - Second Grade

Bethany Obieglo joins the staff at Rosa Parks from Wilder Elementary, where she taught sixth grade for two years. She has also taught at Einstein and Smith Elementaries. Mrs. Obeiglo is a graduate of Whitworth College and is working on her masters at Seattle University. She plans to finish her masters by the end of the school year.

Mrs. Obieglo enjoys spending time with her family. "I have a wonderful husband, Jamie who I love spending time with. We enjoy hiking, traveling, soccer, and playing games. I also enjoy hanging out with my family and friends. My parents both live in the foothills of the cascades in the home where I grew up. My brother and sister-in-law live just a few minutes from our new home and we spend almost every weekend together. "

She is passionate about soccer, and even met Mr. Obieglo on the pitch. They love playing indoor and outdoor soccer together.

Mrs. Obieglo is very excited to be joining the staff at Rosa Parks. "I am most excited about fostering a supportive learning community with the help of the students, family and staff of Rosa Parks."
