 Mr. Johnson - Special Education

Paul Johnson is new to Rosa Parks this year, and is very excited to join his children at our wonderful school.  "I have 2 daughters who go to Rosa Parks. They love the music and drama at the school. My wife is in school to be a nurse and sometimes is in Rosa Park's nurse's room passing out bandaids."

Mr. Johnson has shared his unique skills at schools from one side of the country to the other.  Here is a list of his accomplishments:
Peekskill Schools, NY: Long-term General Music sub K,5,6 Fred S. Keller School, NY Preschool Special Education(autism/ABA) Rockland County Middle School NY Special Education (behavior) Rose Hill Jr. High 7-9 Special Education/

In his spare time Mr. Johnson loves music.  "I love music, maybe more jazz than the Beatles," says Mr. Johnson, "but I love anything that's sounds good!"  He's also been known to dig a few holes in his back yard to think and relieve stress.   "A pretty nice garden has resulted (lots of deep thoughts and lots of holes!)."  He also loves tennis & anything to do with water.

When asked what excites him most about Rosa Parks, Mr. Johnson replied, "The 'vibe' of the school seems awesome- the kids are great, the parents are so involved, and the staff are the best. I can't wait for my first year to start!"
